("SKB") was established in the year, 2012 as a proprietorship Company Secretary firm by its proprietor CS Sudesh Balecha (alias CS Sudesh Modi), in delhi, for rendering high quality professional services to corporate clients. Later on, the firm expanded its services to across India.

SKB, a leading firm, plays a predominant role in corporate management, corporate litigations and resolution of shareholder disputes, rendering legal advisory services and carrying out various types of due diligences, advising, organizing and implementing mergers, demergers, compromises and arrangements, capital market issues, public offers, acquisition of shares, acquisition of control, setting up of companies, partnership firms, limited liability partnerships in India and abroad, transaction advisory and documentation, compliance management services, drafting share subscription agreements / shareholders' agreements, joint ventures and foreign collaborations, registration and protection of Trademarks, various product registrations, passing off and infringement suits, appearance before

The firm is also advising in the matter related to winding up of companies, creditor voluntary arrangements, offences and prosecution under the Companies Act, SEBI Act, FEMA, Competition Act, Securities Contracts Regulation Act, compounding of offences, replying to show cause notices, handling inspections and investigations.

Over the years we have grown into a leading corporate firm in India offering an array of services in fields of Secretarial and Legal compliances with various consultancy assignments to our clients. It is not just the clients that have been served very diligently, the firm has also trained and helped several graduates and CS trainees who are now serving the corporate in their respective fields.

SKB, while our Head Office / registered office continues to be in Delhi, today the firm has its offices in Delhi (NCR), Mumbai, Bangalore, Rajasthan (Jaipur & Bikaner), Guru gram (Formally Known Gurgaon), which are being managed by our partners and other associate professionals.

We are still going strong and continue to travel the extra mile in serving the corporate world.
