S. K. Balecha & Co. ("SKB") was established in the year, 2012 as a proprietorship Company Secretary firm by its proprietor CS Sudesh Balecha (alias CS Sudesh Modi), in delhi, for rendering high quality professional services to corporate clients. Later on, the firm expanded its services to across India.

SKB, while our Head Office / registered office continues to be in Delhi, today the firm has its offices in Delhi (NCR), Mumbai, Bangalore, Rajasthan (Jaipur & Bikaner), Guru gram (Formally Known Gurgaon), which are being managed by our partners and other associate professionals.
